The Key Responsibilities for the roles are: * Manage day-to-day operations in both bar and restaurant, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to company standards. * Lead, train, and inspire a diverse staff team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. * Analyse daily reports through our Loaded management software. * Ensure exceptional customer service on both bar and floor. * Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations across all areas. What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience of managing a busy 7-day environment, with 1+ years of experience in a similar role. * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage your team. * Ability to think on your feet, make strategic decisions, and implement improvements. * Excellent verbal and written skills. *A can-do attitude Other Responsibilities: * Supporting the management team in day-to-day operations, including staff management and training. * Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service. * A desire to cultivate and drive a team to deliver a great hospitality experience. * Oversee venue cleanliness. * Assisting with rostering and budget. * Assisting with cost control * Create and maintain a warm and welcoming environment. * Supporting the Ops manager with staff training * Cash management procedures. * Managing inventory and stock levels Qualifications: * Previous management experience in a modern Bar/Restaurant environment * A can-do attitude and good work ethic * Strong communication skills * Great leadership and team building * Food & Beverage knowledge. * Multitask in a busy environment. * Flexible work schedule * Current manager license If this sounds like you, then apply with your CV and a cover letter describing your experience.
