With a strong focus on research and development, we are committed to innovation and continuous improvement as proven by our patented range of Lithium-Ion Battery Charging and Storage Cabinets. As we expand into new international markets including Australia, Singapore, and the United Kingdom, we are seeking a versatile and technically adept NZ Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a driven individual who thrives in a dynamic, small business environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing operations, supporting digital tools, leading customer engagement, and guiding a small team across logistics, IT, and accounts. Key Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional phone and email responses to sales enquiries in a professional and friendly manner, including quoting as required * Manage and maintain websites, e-commerce platforms, and digital tools relevant to the business * Support internal systems including inventory management, CRM, and accounting software (Xero) * Assist with digital marketing efforts and proactive customer outreach * Proactively engage with both potential and existing customers to build strong relationships and understand their needs * Collaborate on business development and market expansion initiatives * Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the business * Lead a small team supporting operations in logistics, IT, and accounts Key Requirements: * Excellent phone manner and communication skills * Strong IT proficiency, including experience with websites and digital platforms * Familiarity with engineering or manufacturing environments * Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems * Knowledge of AS/NZS standards regulated by WorkSafe relating to the manufacture of safety cabinets * Competent in the use of CRM tools and accounting software (particularly Xero) * Sound understanding of small business operations * A proactive, “can-do” approach with practical problem-solving abilities * Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing (desirable) * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively * New Zealand citizenship and current residency in Auckland are essential What We Offer: * A varied and engaging role within a supportive and collaborative team * Opportunities for professional growth as the company expands into international markets * A workplace culture that values innovation and welcomes new ideas * A generous weekly base salary, along with a sales-based bonus paid monthly.
