Seeking Store Managers (2 positions) for our liquor stores based at two different locations in Auckland- Flatbush and Otara. As a Store Manager, you will be required to work a minimum of 30-40 hours per week and should be available during the weekends as well some late evenings. The pay rate would be $24 per hour. The main duties would be as follows: * Oversee the liquor store's daily operations. * Supervise the employees and make sure they report for duty on time and cover their working hours. * Foster positive customer relationships and train the staff to uphold high customer service standards, improving overall customer satisfaction. * Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and transactions, which is essential for financial tracking and transparency. * Regularly monitor inventory to avoid shortages, manage supplies effectively and verify all incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality. * Promptly address customer questions and concerns providing accurate information and maintaining a positive experience for all visitors. * Maintain store security. Enforce best practices in workplace conduct to create a safe, professional environment for staff and customers. * Strictly follow the health and safety protocols ensuring a safe shopping experience for customers and a safe work environment for the staff. Skills required: * Bachelor’s Degree OR A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. * LCQ (License Controller Qualification) is required. * Good communication & leadership skills as well as team management. * Ability to tackle challenging situations and handle work under pressure. * A clean character with no criminal background
