Job Description We’re seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our operations team, delivering technical support primarily within the PET department, with additional responsibilities in injection moulding and blow moulding as needed. This role is key to maintaining the smooth operation of production machinery and processes, ensuring we consistently meet customer expectations—without compromising team safety. Your key responsibilities will be to: - Execute die changes on all PET equipment, including setup of associated ancillary systems. - Support die and colour changes in injection and blow moulding departments, ensuring proper setup and alignment when required. - Verify product quality at start-up and throughout production to meet specifications. - Contribute to the efficient running of the production floor and support continuous improvement efforts. - Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on machinery and equipment. - Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and ancillary systems to reduce downtime and maintain productivity. Your skills and experience: - 3 years previous experience as a PET die setter/fitter (PET processing & Injection/Blow Molding experience. - Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs. - Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products. - Strong communication skills to coordinate with production teams and engineers. - Adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Additional Information - Henderson Site - This is a permanent full-time role. - Days of work required: Monday to Friday: 40 hours per week – (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM – afternoon shift)
