Cost new (incl GST): Couch $4,864 plus fabric Armchair $2,610 plus fabric Ottoman $2,700 - plus fabric So, total frames cost is $10,200. Fabric quantity is approximately 26m, so brand new covered in a high spec fabric this suite would cost over $16,000 to replace. Current fabric is dark grey 100% wool. Frames and foam are in extremely good condition. Fabric ranges from very good (where it has seen less sun) to faded (mainly on the top of the arms and top of the backrest squabs. There are also a couple of water stains on the ottoman top as shown in the last two photos. The couch has had very limited use as it has been in a second lounge area where it is not used much, so main wear and tear is simply from fading from sun exposure. Rare opportunity to buy a very high quality NZ-made couch in a design highly favoured by architects and designers in NZ Pickup only please - I will not be quoting to freight, although if you want to arrange your own freight I am happy to make the suite available (unpackaged).
