We are seeking a Skilled Labourer to join a team responsible for maintaining key transport infrastructure across Auckland. This is a hands-on role working outdoors with a crew that takes pride in delivering high-quality work for the community. This position suits someone who is reliable, practical, and enjoys physical work. What You Will Be Doing: - Supporting daily site operations and work crews - Assisting with formwork, carpentry, concrete work and general construction tasks - Operating tools, equipment and plant (training provided where needed) - Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite and contributing to daily safety processes - Completing basic documentation and equipment checks as required What We Are Looking For: - Experience working in civil or construction environments - Confidence using hand tools and equipment - Current Class 2 driver's licence - Good communication skills and a strong work ethic - Commitment to safe work practices - Flexibility to work occasional weekends or call-outs when required Experience with First Aid, traffic management, or plant operation is helpful, but not essential. Training and development will be available for the right person.
