Office Administrator & Packhouse Assistant Streamside Organics – 30ha Organic Vegetable Farm (Leeston, NZ) Permanant role, full-Time, 40+ hours/week Monday to Friday | Pay: starting at $26.00 moving to $27.80/hour once trained and competent. We’re looking for a highly motivated, physically fit, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dual role combining office administration and packhouse support. About the Role This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys both desk-based and physical hands-on work. You’ll need to be confident managing admin tasks and happy working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. Admin duties include: • Daily reporting and record keeping • Invoicing and basic accounting • Customer service (email/phone) • Stock management and ordering • Printing and organizing delivery labels • Assisting with sales admin and occasionally covering for the Sales Manager Packhouse duties include: • Washing, sorting, and bagging fresh produce • Packing vege boxes and wholesale orders • Ensuring quality control and efficient flow What We’re Looking For • Admin experience – especially invoicing, Excel, and Microsoft Word • Fast learner with a sharp eye for detail • Positive, can-do attitude with flexibility to work longer hours on busy days • Experience in sales or customer service • Previous experience in physically demanding jobs • Physically strong and fit – must comfortably lift up to 22kg • Enjoys a fast paced environment and can work well in high-pressure environments. • Team player with great communication skills • Has your own transport To Apply: Please send us your CV and a cover letter outlining: • Why you’re a good fit for the role • Your relevant experience and goals in this field • Contact details for two references Applicants must be available to attend an on-farm interview.
