Wilcox grows, packs, and distributes fresh produce for domestic and export markets, with operations in Northland, Pukekohe, Matamata, and Ohakune. We're on the lookout for a practical, reliable, and self-motivated person to undertake a key hands-on role in maintaining our farm infrastructure and supporting our livestock and growing teams. You’ll be based at our Pukekohe site, where you’ll play a key role in keeping our fences secure and farm areas tidy and safe, helping everything run smoothly. What you’ll be doing: • Maintaining and constructing farm fencing to a high standard • Spraying around culverts, silt traps, farm tracks, and sheds • Supporting livestock movements and fencing • Keeping farm areas clean, clear, and ready for use • Operating farm machinery (tractor use preferred but not essential) • Pitching in across the farm where needed, within your skills and experience What you’ll bring: • Practical skills in fencing, spraying, and general maintenance • Ability to self-manage your workload and prioritise tasks • Organised, dependable, and safety-conscious • Tractor driving and livestock experience (ideal but not essential) Our sites are drug and alcohol free and the successful candidate will be required to undergo pre employment drug testing and will be exposed to random drug screening once employed.
