Description

• Preparing and reviewing variations to contracts on behalf of the company • Prioritising urgency of work and undertaking administration of contracts and projected services • Presenting final contracts, service and projects in a presentable and professional standard • Negotiating with clients for the proposed contracts of services • Review the projected services and contract to ensure requirements are adhered • Develop the company`s business • Inform and advise Manager about their decision on contracts and services • Assign duties to workers at sites and make the reports to the manager • Co-ordinate and communications with staff and customers • Oversee all contracts for ongoing work • Providing guidance to team, checking if work complies with all regulatory requirements • Responding to inquiries and resolving any problems concerning the contracts • Maintaining and integrating contract plans • Maintain records of contracts and provided services • Working closely with managers, staffs and Customers to ensure goals are met • Tracking & reporting overall progress of the work • Planning & scheduling resources for each contracted work • Monitoring resource utilisation and ensuring that resources arrive on time • Reports regularly to Manager to keep everyone up to date on the contract`s progress • If required arrange new office accommodation for the staff
