We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our small, friendly, dedicated team at Twining Valley Nurseries - Australasia's only comprehensive instant hedge nursery. If you love the outdoors, working with plants, job variety and enjoy driving, this is for you. The position: Approximately half your week will be in the nursery preparing orders and helping with general nursery work and the other half delivering quality hedges in our modern 11-tonne curtainsider truck. The ideal candidate will: Have previous nursery experience (or relevant experience in a similar job). Have a positive, can-do attitude. Have a valid Class 2 Driver's License with a clean driving record. Be energetic, physically fit and love being active and outdoors. Be able to operate a vehicle in a variety of traffic and weather conditions. Having an interest in plants &/or machinery will be an advantage. Nursery hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 7:30 am to 1:30 pm on Friday. However, we are happy to discuss alternative hours with the right applicant.
