Join the PHAB Team – Youth Workers Wanted around Auckland! Are you passionate about inclusion, community, and creating safe, fun spaces for young people? PHAB NZ is on the lookout for enthusiastic Youth Workers to support our social clubs around Auckland. Positions Available: * Pakuranga Lead 6-8PM Thursdays of term * Pakuranga Assist 6-8PM Thursdays of term * Mt Albert Lead 5:30-7:30PM Mondays of term * Takapuna Assist 3:30-5:30pm Wednesdays of term No experience needed – full training provided About PHAB NZ PHAB is a disability charity based in Auckland, with over 18 vibrant social clubs across the region. We create inclusive spaces for disabled youth and adults to connect, grow, and thrive through social activities, community outings, and peer support. Our work is built on aroha, manaakitanga, and a strong belief in the power of belonging. We’re also recruiting for multiple upcoming roles, including a Club Management Position opening in two months, with additional leadership responsibilities and hours.
