Chemwash Remuera seeks a reliable and experienced Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team. We specialize in low-pressure detergent cleaning of residential and commercial properties. Position Details: $30 – $35 per hour Full-Time Permanent: The minimum guaranteed hours for all our permanent roles is 35 hours per working week. Responsibilities: Exterior chemical cleaning of various surfaces, with a focus on delicate materials such as soft stone and cedar. Assist the Operations Manager with training and inducting new staff. Requirements: You will need a full, clean driver’s license and be able to drive manual vehicles. Current Working at Heights Advanced certification (US 23229, 15757). At least 2 years’ experience in exterior cleaning. As our company holds government contracts, successful applicants must consent to a criminal background check. Attributes: Well-presented. Fit and healthy, able to work outside in all weather conditions and enjoy working at height. Trustworthy and reliable with a strong work ethic. Excited about a varied, challenging, and satisfying work environment. Safe work practices. Flexible around working occasional weekends and some work travel Able to work alone and in a team. Have own transport to and from the work base. Any practical knowledge about engines and pumps is also a plus.
