* Rotating roster: 4 days on / 4 days off * Public-facing role with client interaction * Flexibility to cover extra shifts preferred OCS New Zealand is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in a public-facing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and communicates well with clients. You'll be working on a 4 days on / 4 days off rotating roster, with fixed hours from 4:00pm to 10:00pm. The schedule changes weekly, offering a great balance of work and time off. Key Responsibilities * Perform general cleaning duties including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces * Clean restrooms, remove rubbish, polish furniture, and operate basic cleaning equipment * Maintain a tidy and hygienic environment in public areas * Communicate regularly with the client to ensure service expectations are met * Support the team by covering additional shifts when needed What You'll Bring * A friendly and professional attitude * Ability to work independently and follow instructions * Good verbal communication skills * Physical fitness to carry out cleaning tasks * Reliability and attention to detail * Flexibility to assist with leave cover when required Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
