About the Role You'll drive project outcomes, manage a capable team, and take the reins on client relationships. You'll step into a business that values autonomy, trusts you to lead, and gives you a real voice at the table. You will take an active lead in future growth of the business, be it organic or through acquisitions. What's on Offer * Strong salary package + real leadership responsibility * Autonomy to run projects and the team your way * Supportive leadership with big growth plans * Genuine career development into a Director-level role * Positive, people-first culture in a growing business Duties and Responsibilities * Manage and deliver land development projects from concept to completion * Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers and designers * Maintain strong client relationships and drive new business opportunities * Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality standards across projects * Contribute to strategic decisions and business development initiatives Skills & Experience * 8+ years' experience in land development or civil infrastructure * Proven leadership and team management capability * Strong commercial acumen and client-facing confidence * Strong background of land development design * Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar * CPEng isn't essential, but preferred Culture People enjoy working here because they're trusted, backed, and heard.
