Cedar Aviary Description: Professionally designed and built. Used for raising white pigeons. Sides are made in six cedar panels fitted together in a most appealing hexagon shape. Two narrow panels at one end (BC; CD) are totally covered with attractive lapped cedar. The two longer side panels AB; FD and one end panel (AF) have lapped cedar rising 50cm from base, there after covered with 12.5mm mesh to the top. The other end panel (EF)has a fitted, self-closing, 117cm x 50cm door also covered in mesh, fitted with a lockable nonrusting bronze hasp and staple. The painted wooden hip roof with 15cm eaves is underlaid with steel sheeting. Needs a little loving restoration, overall, the construction is sound, the roof needs attention with the cage wiring also needing replacing.
