* Part Time Cover + On Call * $30 Per Hour * Palmerston North Based. Our client is on the lookout for a highly capable and detail-focused Office Administrator to step in and provide short-term cover (1-2 days). This temp assignment is ideal for someone with solid admin experience who can hit the ground running to support our client's busy team. This role involves a mix of general office support and accounts administration. Experience in Xero and invoicing is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office Suite. Key Responsibilities: Office Administration Support: * Order stationery, equipment, and other required items * Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding * Update systems such as Eroad and BWare * Support training administration and reporting * Provide general office support as needed Accounts & Payroll Support: * Process accounts payable: invoice entry, payments, and reconciliations * Assist with accounts receivable: invoicing and payment tracking * Input data from timesheets to assist with payroll processing * Cross-check agency invoices weekly * Support vehicle service scheduling with Operations Manager What You'll Bring: * Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail * Proven invoicing experience using Xero * A safety-first mindset with the ability to work independently Apply with an updated CV through this portal.
