THE POSITION This newly formed position will see you working across 20 plus kindergartens in Manukau & Counties , primarily ensuring the effective co-ordination and administration of the enrolment process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Enrolment Administration • Provide timely, accurate, and professional information to prospective families. • Process applications, prepare and distribute all enrolment documentation. • Monitor enrolment status and report monthly on key metrics and trends. • Liaise with Centre Managers, Head Teachers, other Administrators and the Marketing team to support enrolment strategy. • Improve enrolment processes for a better family experience. • Analyse enrolment and attendance data to support planning and occupancy outcomes. • Proactively assist families to secure placements. Community Engagement & Outreach • Represent the organisation at Open Days and community events. • Promote awareness of the CMKA early childhood education services. • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with families and communities. Office & Centre Support • Provide centralised enrolment support from Head Office. • Collaborate with Communications and Marketing for targeted campaigns. • Travel regularly to centres to support enrolments and meet with staff. • Work with the services to ensure consistency across all sites. HOURS Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm, with occasional evening or weekend hours for events. All overtime hours are paid.
