We’ll have two single rooms available soon in our central Grey Lynn home (Parawai Crescent): ??Location is amazing – just a 5-minute walk to Grey Lynn shops / cafes / Woolworths / Farro / Mitre 10 / Jetts, and 15 minutes walk to Ponsonby shops and also direct to the city on the 105 bus. We’re in a charming century-old brick house – it’s warm in winter, cool in summer. Looks a bit old on the outside, but super cozy inside. There’s even a garden if you like planting flowers or veggies. Bigger room: $315/week – available from July 27 Bond is $945 Smaller room: $245/week – available from July 20 Bond is $735 Expenses are $35/week per person, covering power, water, internet, and basic household supplies. The rooms are unfurnished, so you’ll need to bring your own furniture. ?? We’re a 3-bedroom flat with a shared bathroom and separate shower, so no clashes in the mornings! ?? Plenty of street parking available too. You’ll be living with two working professional women, We are all friendly and easy-going, yet quite independent! We prefer female applicants looking for a cute, tidy/clean, quiet place to call home for the longer or the shorter term. Bonus if you enjoy chats and a drink together now and then!
