An incredibly scarce WW1 NZ drill fabric / denim fatigue training jacket and hat. You may see a jacket every 10 years or so but I have never seen the hat. These were used in Trentham and Featherston during the first two weeks of training. I think I saw somewhere that some were used overseas in England as well. NZ Forces buttons. No markings seen to hat , which is lined. Nice clear Stamps on the tunic . Open pockets to the front .
