The Opportunity: We’re looking for motivated and people-driven Cash Operations Supervisor to lead our Nelson branch operations. In this key role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day movement of cash consignments. From processing and secure transport through to delivery, across a range of clients including banks, ATMs, and major retailers. You’ll be managing our Cash-in-Transit (CIT) crews and cash processing team, ensuring everything runs safely, smoothly, and by the book. If you’re someone who can stay calm under pressure and enjoys leading a team in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. What you’ll do: * Lead and support the Nelson Cash Operations team to deliver high-quality, secure services * Oversee daily operations, routing, and resource planning * Maintain compliance with SOPs and company standards * Manage payroll, timesheets, billing, and reporting * Coordinate vehicle inspections, toolbox talks, and operational checks * Build strong relationships with internal and external clients * Identify risks and opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and performance What you’ll bring: * Proven leadership and people management skills * Strong operational and security awareness * Excellent communication and reporting abilities * Full NZ Driver’s Licence and Certificate of Approval (or ability to obtain) * Business or management qualification preferred You’ll also need: * Full NZ Driver’s Licence * Eligibility to work in New Zealand * Ability to hold and maintain a Certificate of Approval (COA) * Clean background and vetting clearance Be part of a team that values professionalism and safety and make a real impact in your community - Apply Now!
