The Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will be leading the delivery of multiple projects across the Queenstown and Wanaka regions, leading a diverse team of engineers and field staff while monitoring the safety, productivity and profitability across the team. Along with this, you will be expected to support the ongoing business development and build strong, lasting relationships with clients and suppliers. You'll be joining a business that takes a people-first approach to their culture and their clients, which has resulted in a high performing team and longstanding relationships in the market The Ideal Candidate * Proven track record as a Contracts Manager or a Senior Project Manager with strong commercial acumen. * Expert knowledge of NZS3910 and other relevant construction contracts. * Ability to develop market share and find opportunities within the Civil market. * A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. * A natural leader with outstanding communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
