We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver a large scale demolition and asbestos project based just out of Te Awamutu. What you will do As Project Manager you will be responsible for procuring, managing and delivering a large commercial project, to time and budget. This includes active project monitoring and management, communication with the client and office team, timely completion of key project administration processes and the leadership onsite. What we are looking for * Experience in Project Management within a relevant industry/fields * Ability to effectively manage all communications with clients * Ability to actively problem solve and adapt when faced with challenges and/or unexpected components to a project * Experience in new business procurement and sales including the ability to professionally articulate service solutions to potential clients * Energetic and driven to achieve a high standard of customer service across all aspects of project delivery * Ability to understand and develop construction and contracting documentation * Practical knowledge and experience with Project Management software and Microsoft Office applications * Organised and methodical in your approach to work and the completion of tasks * Confident in leading and managing people to successfully deliver results * Ability to work collaboratively across all divisions and regions How to apply If you wish to learn more about this role, or would like a copy of the Position Description you can contact our Group Manager People and Culture, Rebecca Lamont, on 027 365 4779.
