We are looking for a motivated and reliable Junior CNC Operator to join our Refurbishment team in Mt Wellington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing, machining, or engineering. Full training will be provided. About the Role: You will support our CNC Machinist and wider workshop team to ensure efficient production of parts and components. Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting with CNC machining operations * Handling, organising and labelling machined parts * Preparing materials and components for production * Basic finishing work (sanding, deburring, cleaning components) * Quality checks and stock handling * General workshop duties and supporting the wider team as needed About You: * A great work ethic and willingness to learn * Is mechanically minded or interested in engineering/manufacturing * Can follow instructions accurately and safely * Has good attention to detail and takes pride in quality work * Works well in a hands-on environment * Is punctual, reliable and a team player * Experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment is an advantage, but not essential. The right attitude is more important.
