Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service/Operations representative to join our Christchurch based team, managing key customers. You will have a strong passion for delivering customer excellence, with your dedication for going above and beyond being the key to your success. Your main task and responsibilities: • Monitoring shipments proactively , communicating updates and manage customer feedback • Reporting to main customer and end users • Working with various depots to ensure efficient devan & deliveries • Invoicing We are looking for someone with: • Cargowise experience • Ability to work under pressure • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise • Strong relationship management skills • A positive work ethic, attitude and some who has a passion for customer excellence • Work well within a team • Permanent NZ residency
