He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role We're looking for a dynamic and compassionate Family/Whānau Support Worker who can juggle multiple priorities with ease and bring genuine care to every interaction. In this role, you'll walk alongside whānau supporting loved ones experiencing mental health challenges, offering practical tools, goal planning, connection to resources, and recovery-focused guidance. You'll think on your feet, adapt to each situation, and keep whānau at the centre of everything you do. This is a permanent part-time position (This is a 20-hour-per-week role, Monday to Friday, with flexibility on when you work), perfect for someone who thrives on meaningful work and values flexibility, collaboration, and making a real difference. You will have the following: *A minimum of a Level 4 mental health-related qualification *The ability to easily build professional relationships. *the right to work in New Zealand and a full NZ drivers license.
