Our client is one of the largest contract manufacturers in New Zealand who export quality components to over 40 countries. We are seeking a skilled SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operator to join the Dynamix team and contribute to our Client’s success. Our candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining SMT equipment, ensuring a high level of quality, and contributing to the efficient production of electronic products  Key Responsibilities: * Set up and operate SMT equipment. * Set up and operate selective solder machine. * Conduct quality checks and inspections on assembled boards. * Collaborate with SMT team members to meet production goals and deadlines. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following  safety rules. Qualifications: * Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry experience a must. * Previous experience with SMT equipment and processes preferred. * Strong understanding of electronic components and assembly techniques. * Familiarity with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) is highly desirable.   To be considered for this role you must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand, be available for an immediate start and willing to complete Dynamix Recruitment's pre-employment requirements.
